At The Garlinghouse Company, we are always trying to accommodate the needs of our clients and builders. Along with our House Plan, Garage Plan and Backyard Project Plan collections, we also offer the services listed here. Modifications can be made to any of our stock plans to better fit your lifestyle. We offer Architectural Technical Support for all of our plans. Architectural Stamping available for most states.
 We are very excited about offering 2 new services, Custom Conceptual Design and Community and Neighborhood Design. We feel that these additional services will provide a well rounded approach to our Garlinghouse Design Services.
Stock Plan Modifications
We can make almost any change to one of our house plans. One of our experienced designers will review your entire project as a whole. We figure how each change impacts the rest of the home plan and give pricing on the amount of hourly work involved to create a new custom plan just for you.

Custom Conceptual Design

Based on information pertaining to your specific market/site, we will begin to develop preliminary sketches of floor plans and elevations for your review - ultimately creating a completed Conceptual Design.

Architectural Technical Support
Some local building departments require a plan to have an architectural or engineer stamp in order to obtain a building permit. We provide Architectural Stamps for all of our house plans. Stamp pricing and review time varies per plan. Available for the following states only: PA, NJ, DE, FL, OH, CT, NY, MD, VA, LA, WV, KY, TN, MI, IN, NC, WY, IL, RI, SC, MA.

We can also offer an Energy Certificate (ResCheck).

Plan Fulfillment
Garlinghouse offers local and national plan fulfillment.
Fulfillment Pricing (for business account holders):
- Bond Paper: $1.20 a sheet (24x36 - D Size)
- Vellum Paper: $6.00 a sheet (24x36 - D Size)
We ship via FedEx.
There is a $5.00 administration/extraction fee per order.
